Dental Decoding Certification Program
The Dental Decoding Training Program is structured in five levels of in-depth theoretical study, delivered through live Zoom sessions, followed by an immersive three-day retreat. During this retreat, participants will apply the knowledge acquired throughout the program and develop the practical skills necessary to understand how psycho-emotional conflicts are expressed and interpreted through the teeth.
This experiential component allows students not only to learn the theoretical foundations of Dental Decoding but also to directly experience and integrate the methodology in a guided and professional setting.
Upon successful completion of the full training program, we will award participants an official certificate, recognized and approved by the Ministry of Education and Culture of Brazil.
Dental Decoding Training Curriculum
Level 1 – Foundations of Dental Decoding
Date: Saturday, May 30, from 9:30 am PT to 4 pm PT
- General and symbolic foundations of Dental Decoding
- Psychological and neuroscientific foundations of Dental Decoding
- Basic biology and general principles of dentition
- Mechanisms through which psycho-emotional conflicts are expressed in the teeth
- The concept of Project–Purpose and its fundamental influence on psychology
- The three laws governing cavity formation and the decoding of dental fractures
- Male and female psychological dynamics
- Psychological archetypes and their expression through the teeth
Level 2 – Dental Symbolism and Psychological Conflicts
Date: Sunday, June 28, from 9:30 am PT to 4 pm PT
- Fundamental psychological conflicts expressed in the teeth and conflictual dental families
- Cycles of psycho-dental evolution and key psychological stages reflected in the teeth
- Symbolic interpretation of the incisors
- Symbolic interpretation of the canines
- Symbolic interpretation of the premolars
- Symbolic interpretation of the molars
- Symbolic interpretation of the wisdom teeth
- The four dynamics of life and their dental interpretation
Level 3 – Development and Structural Interpretation
Date: Saturday, July 25, from 9:30 am PT to 4 pm PT
- Fundamental interpretation of primary teeth
- Psychological conflicts influencing the formation and development of the maxillary and mandibular bones
- Basic skeletal malpositions in orthodontics
- Psycho-emotional interpretation of the temporomandibular joint and related pathologies
- Types of overbite and overjet and their decoding
- Interpretation of dental biotypes
- Basic anterior malocclusions of the upper and lower teeth
- Interpretation of congenitally missing teeth and supernumerary teeth
Level 4 – Structural and Periodontal Decoding
Date: Saturday, August 29 , from 9:30 am PT to 4 pm PT
- Interpretation of impacted teeth
- Interpretation of tooth root morphology
- Decoding of rotated teeth
- Decoding of first and second molar roots
- Interpretation of the position, agenesis, and root structures of wisdom teeth
- Identity conflicts associated with gum disease
- Decoding of bone resorption related to localized and generalized periodontal disease
- Psycho-emotional interpretation of interdental papillae
Level 5 – Clinical Applications and Advanced Interpretation
Date: Saturday, September 26 , from 9:30 am PT to 4 pm PT
- Responding to the most common reasons for dental consultation through Dental Decoding
- Interpretation of molar furcations
- Transgenerational patterns expressed through maxillary and mandibular tori
- Interpretation of root resorption and post-extraction alveolitis
- Interpretation of dental infections and decoding of tartar according to its location
- Decoding of canker sores and various forms of neuralgia
- Psycho-emotional interpretation of infectious and autoimmune conditions of the tongue
- Bruxism, clenching, and their psycho-emotional interpretations
IMMERSIVE 3 DAY RETREAT

Students will be required to complete a final written assessment in order to receive their certification. This test is designed to evaluate their understanding and integration of the material covered throughout the program.

Your Instructor
Dr. Fabian Brotos was born in Montevideo, Uruguay (South America). He is the third generation in his family to choose dentistry as a profession.
He has been teaching at the Chair of Occlusion and Prosthodontics at the University of Uruguay since 1999. His specialty is implants and orthodontics. Dr. Brotos obtained his degree from the University of Montevideo, Uruguay. He also holds degrees in neuroscience and affective relationships psychology.
Dr Brotos began his journey in Dental Decoding in Europe and started personal investigations to find the connection between teeth and the brain. His research includes studying philosophy and symbology, and he continues to do so. Additionally, he has mastered various courses on Biological Decoding, family constellations, Psycho-neuro-immune-endocrinology, Kabbalah, and symbolic acts.
In addition to maintaining his private practice, Dr. Fabian Brotos teaches the science of Dental Decoding in seven countries worldwide.
